Lua porting #567

Сan we expect Lua porting in mraa ?

There is a PR open by @dedok here - https://github.com/intel-iot-devkit/mraa/pull/527. We haven't heard much for the last few days, bar ISR I think it's pretty much good to go. If someone rebases it on the latest mraa I'm happy to merge it without ISR support.

Hi @EduardShaid, you could use this port https://github.com/dedok/mraa/ Port is stable. I haven't a time to fix documentation issues.
