drop old milestones #153

as in Xtext we should drop old milestones

still valid https://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emft/mwe/updates/milestones/ @Hejado @kthoms can we apply the Xtext solution here too?

Not 1:1. We would need a separate releng job doing this.

we also make to sure https://download.eclipse.org/modeling/emft/mwe/updates/milestones/compositeContent.xml is updated. i assume this happens automatically
