OprIdeIntegrationTestInSuite fails due to downstream transpilation of new files by tsc #2597

After the n4jsc build tsc also creates (two) more files that get picked up in the second build of n4jsc. The test assumes that no resource needs to be built (again since no source file changed) but fails as a consequence.
