Request for retrieving user profile failed: 500 Internal Server Error on publish #1029

On last publish try, I received this error:

14:54:27  + ovsx publish -p **** vscode-apache-camel-1.6.0-2195.vsix
14:54:30  ❌  Request for retrieving user profile failed: 500 Internal Server Error: "{"status_code":500,"message":"Internal server error while processing request: Failed connection to internal service","url":null}"

the extension is not published: image

after a retry from my local machine, it worked

ovsx publish -p XXXX vscode-apache-camel-1.6.0-2195.vsix
