Hey, I am unable to create an access token due to an 'outdated` publisher agreement.

I tried to resign the agreement but it says "You already signed" so now I am in a loop and unable to generate tokens.

Please help.

I have the same problem! I thought I was going crazy.

Seems to be same issue as #864
