README: Don't use custom git alias #512

I don't think git co for git checkout is standard, so I suggest to avoid custom aliases in the README and instead just spell it out.

While at it, I've upated the tag to the latest release.

Ha. You're totally right. I've been using the same aliases for so long, I've forgotten that they're aliases.

Unfortunately, this is an Eclipse project requiring a signed ECA to merge a pull request. But don't worry about the ECA for something this small. I'll get it fixed either way.
