Add a demo web app with which the user can send/read the data

Hi @chombium . I m interested in developing ponte. It can have a web admin or passport authentication or ... What s your opinion to redesign it in new repo. I ve started new one https://github.com/iokloud/iok-express I think Ponte have good background.
