Removed kubernetes/, and merged the two docker-compose below docker/ #569

Removed folder kubernetesand related documentation. Merged the two Docker Compose files docker/docker-compose.yml and docker/docker-compose-new.yml (which was created to facilitate running Steady using the scripts setup-steady.shand start-steady.sh).
