Publish to Maven #391

Does anyone has experience how to setup Maven/Tycho to push to MVN Central? https://repo1.maven.org/maven2

@eselmeister Unfortunately I have no experience but this page might help: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Tycho:How_to_deploy_to_a_Maven_repository although I guess you already saw that.

Publishing swtchart on Maven would really help us out!

Setting up the automated deployment seems to be quite complicated. I'll try to upload the release manually to Maven Central.
