Bad icons background for git and markdown #709

As noticed in https://github.com/eclipse/tm4e/issues/703, some icons habe wrong (black) background, which looks very odd. I assume the background or alpha channel was not properly set on the png export.

Affected are four icons (2x sizes) for git and markdown files, see screenshot:
