Delete CIAM users from repository #1808

Expected: When a user deletes his CIAM account or when CIAM purges a dormant account, the Vorto repository should also purge such users to keep itself in sync with CIAM.

Actual: Vorto repository does not clean up the deleted CIAM users from its database.
