GWT deprectations with Gradle 6.0 #240

the gwt-gradle-plugin introduces new warnings about deprecations with gradle 6.0. it uses the maven plugin which is deprecated and will be removed with gradle 7.0

Fixed with update to "de.esoco.gwt" version "1.0.10"
