How to add the TextMate grammar #53

Added information about how to use the TextMate JSON content already included in the documentation. This was previously submitted but the image was not in the right location.

As far as I can see, this PR became obsolete since the other PR https://github.com/eclipse/xtext-website/pull/26 has already been merged. @crapo : am I right? Can we close this PR without merging it?
