Import all pipelines into Jenkinsfiles inside a git repo #1875

We currently have a lot of releng jobs on Jenkins which are pipelines with the code configured in the Jenkins GUI. This is quite annoying to maintain, for example when trying to update credential IDs like in #1874 . We should import all those pipelines into xtext-umbrella, so that they are correctly version-controlled.
