com.google.gson version 2.10.1 cannot be resolved #3054

It has been updated to 2.11.0 in https://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/simrel/orbit-aggregation/2024-06/

@cdietrich @szarnekow, since we haven't included this one in our p2 repository, could we remove the strict version from the target platforms? It's not even in our BOM.

i will provide a pr. effects for lsp4j and tycho running amok unclear. wizard uses it too.

=> have no time to judge.
