Enable pause/resume/stepping in the RCP #11

The support in the Passerelle engine and in the Swing-based UI for stepping 
mode and for pausing/resuming a running model is not yet available through the 
RCP.

The corresponding actions must be added in the toolbar, and in the "run page" 
of the DAWB model editor.

Matt G of DAWN has demo-ed a nice approach with ability to add "breakpoints" on 
actors in the model editor.

For the moment still a DAWN-layer-feature.
