Add Bossanova batch-execution tool of Synchrotron Soleil

Bossanova is a specific UI of Synchrotron Soleil to configure batches of 
workflow executions.

It is currently still a plain "Java-main()" application.
No roadmap yet to bundle-ize it.

- Adapt simple classpath/launch setup to try it from within eclipse workspace
- Run a trial v7 sequence from Bossanova

Project name should be changed to conform with conventions of reversed domain 
name etc
