Rearrange SVN project structure : use subfolders #3

In order to match the different ownerships/roles of different involved parties 
of the different Passerelle layers/tools, it would be good to reflect the main 
subsystem divisions in SVN subfolders.

Keep com.isencia.passerelle.gettingstarted on "root" level.

Make folders :
- ptolemy : OSGi bundles with parts of ptolemy that are used/usefull for 
Passerelle
- passerelle-core : engine & default actors bundles
- passerelle-eclipse-workbench : RCP / plugins for creating&testing models ; 
basis for workflow stuff in DAWB for ESRF
- passerelle-swing-hmi : Swing/Vergil based GUI ; basis for HMI & specialized 
model cfg tools at Synchrotron Soleil
