Refactoring of exceptions for com.isencia.passerelle.process... to new PasserelleException & ErrorCode features #44

Current base classes for exceptions in the process model and derived 
applications had own ErrorCode implementations.

Since Passerelle 8.3, this is available within Passerelle itself.

This must be aligned now.
