prepare a packaged "vanilla" Passerelle RCP workbench for the download page
- minor finishing touches from the Passerelle workshop at ESRF
- actor palette with icons etc
- splash update to v8 i.o. v7
- ...

Workbenches have been packaged for the different platforms and are available 
for download.

Check also Issue 50 , about an improvement done for platform-dependent 
packaging.
