Model File index in list of recently used models stops at 10. #6

The length of the list of recently opened models, shown in the File Models menu 
can be configured in the hmi.ini file.

If it is >10, the list is indeed maintained with the right max length.
But the file index, numbering the menu item, stays 10 from the tenth entry 
onwards.
