Swing-based HMI : control ports do not show their names #7

Port names can be shown/hidden by setting the corresponding preference.

Control port figures are only shown when the Director's expert mode is set, or 
when the control port is connected.
But port names only appear for the regular "data" ports and the error port, not 
for the visible control ports.

Simply a stupid mistake in ActorPortLayout._placePortFigures() with forgotten 
{}'s around hiding-logic for ControlPorts.
