win10 x64 nodejs(8、9、12) jdk 1.8 Python 2.7.16 vs 2019

nodejs tried multiple versions j2v8 tried master and v8-7.4.288-build branch Compiling with Developer Command Prompt for VS 2019 fails I have also used mac and wsl but both are libplatform.h not found

I'm ready to use graalvm.js instead
