Need J2V8 to upgrade zlib from 1.2.11 to 1.2.12. #580

I am a mobile developer at GM. zlib 1.2.11 was recently flagged by a blackduck scan for allowing memory corruption when deflating. Your most recent version of J2V8 is using zlib 1.2.11. We need to upgrade to zib 1.2.12.
