Provide tool to reconnect source or target of an existing edge
Implement source selection feedback for reconnection
Reuse target selection feedback from edge creation tool
Register reconnect tool as standard tool
Fix typo in change bounds tool feedback (elementTypeId -> elementId)

@planger Thank you very much for your review! I pushed a new commit that should fix the problem with the reconnect handles not going away. For the dedicated reconnect action I opened https://github.com/eclipsesource/graphical-lsp/issues/182.
