This PR merges the changes of the stable release branch into the current master (i.e. package renaming and dependency version changes).
When reviewing this change please make sure that the following features that have been added since the stable release are working correctly:
Commandpalette ( since Commandpalette and UIExension API are now provided from base sprotty)
Improvements of the validation feature. Markers should now persist on (server) model updates. In addition, clicking the button in the palette again will trigger proper re-validation.
WeightedEdges are properly deleted
Introduction of the SelectionService. This can be tested by checking if multiselection works and only the last selected element has the handles for resizing.
