New module glsp-layout. This contains a GModel-based adaptation of the elk sprotty layout engine.
Minor cleanups of server code
Implement manual layouting for workflow example (Can be triggered in Theia with Diagram -> Layout or Alt-L)
Update example1.wf (layout information was missing)
