Stamp mode with creating edges is broken #314

If I create an edge keeping Ctrl pressed ("stamp mode"), I get into a broken state after creating the first edge: every action is disallowed. I can't even get out of this state when I hit Esc, I can only refresh to get into a clean state again.

Not sure since when this stopped working, but at some point it was working already.
