Upgrade to jshint 2.9.1 #112

JSHint 2.9.0 had a lot of regressions and was pulled

Increment release to 0.10.1

Anything else I need to do to this to get it merged?

@busches Sorry, I forgot about it. Actually, I don't really maintain this project anymore. Will have a look later today anyway.
