Is there a compiled jar I can download for installation? #117

The environment I write code in doesn't have direct access to the internet, so I can't use the Eclipse Marketplace to install this plugin.

Is there a compiled jar I can download to install via the jar archive method?

Is there a reason the download appears to by through Eclipse Marketplace only?

For offline installtion, check Nodeclipse update site archive https://sourceforge.net/projects/nodeclipse/
