The Connections and Anchors have been refactored several times since they were first implemented (Both In GEFx and Papyrus/GEFx), and now they are broken. They should be cleaned up and fixed.

The RatioAnchors and LinkLF Bendpoints have been implemented.

Some minor issues remain, but they are tracked in separate tickets, e.g. Issue #7, Issue #8
