Creation of a lifeline currently puts it at the top of the interaction frame. Assigning to myself to ensure that once created, a lifeline can only be moved laterally. The positioning of created lifelines will have to wait until we are able to create messages (of create
and other sorts). However, the work done imminently to restrict vertical movement should "just work" when create
messages are implemented because those messages will determine the vertical position of the lifeline and the user still should not be able to move the lifeline head (only the message that creates it).
The lifeline header SHALL be a rectangle located in a reserved area on the top part of the interaction.
The only exception is when the lifeline is created with a create message. In this case the lifeline header is located at the same height than the message.
