Nesting of executions shall be recomputed when other execution is shrinked/expanded #411

Currently, expanding an execution over another execution does not turn the covered execution into a nested execution. Also, resizing should be forbidden if the execution is resized in a way in which the end of the execution is placed between the start and the finish of another occurence. See Issue #72
