Create Message target anchor does not switch size on Lifeline move #413

While developing and reviewing PR #405, it was noticed that the anchor side is not changed for the create message. Similar behavior as the one for the side of Execution anchors could be implemented, as the side of the anchor could be derived at runtime, and I do not see any cases where this information would be relevant.
