Fix #2 UI Simplification

Implement UI simplification as in the Papyrus for Information Modeling product, with a few changes:

• update activity pattern bindings for changes in Papyrus and dependencies' plug-in organization since Papyrus-IM was developed
• define a category for the activities and contribute the Capabilities preference page to give the user access to them
