Implement the simplified New Child and New Relationship menus in the Model Explorer view for the UML Light state machine diagram. This includes a bit of refactoring of the existing element-types model for custom visual types that contained semantic edit advice, which now have a new home in a semantic types model.
This also implements some constraints that seem appropriate for UML Light that are implied by the requirements:
behaviors should not allow nested classifiers as classes do
behaviors should only own their own peculiar diagram type
use cases should only own sequence diagrams (and, consequently, interactions as behaviours)
use case diagrams (which can be created in classes) should not be allowed in behaviors
