Documentation of customizations applied in UMLLight

Provide a documentation of the customizations applied in UMLLight in the form of a developer guide / tutorial allowing others to reproduce similar customizations and to maintain UMLLight.

I suggest to create a markdown file in this repository as a first step and then migrate it to the Eclipse Wiki if necessary. But I guess the collaborative development of such a tutorial is easier here where we have code review and things like that.

We should also include Context Models/ Properties View customization. Other than that the TOC looks pretty complete to me.
