How to deal with Android Permissions API level 23? #458

For now, we are only working with API level 22, because we don't know how Tabris deals with the new Android permission handling. An Android app has now to ask for a permission when using it. However, we would like to support API 23.

Is Tabris already prepared or is any action neccesary?
