Add version_history.txt File for rydeplayer updates #34

Add a version_history,txt file in the root folder of rydeplayer to enable users unfamiliar with GitHub to understand the funtional enhancements included in each new release. An example is here: https://github.com/davecrump/portsdown-buster/blob/master/version_history.txt

I've seen this automated in other projects based on the git commit history and updated with release hooks of some description. Would also fix #33
