Correct Minor Errors and Omissions in valid IR Driver List #41

The list of valid drivers at https://github.com/eclispe/rydeplayer/blob/master/rydeplayer/ir.py#L83 would benefit from 2 changes.

'rc-5-sx' should be 'rc-5-sz' (typo ref the man for ir-keytable)

Please add 'all' to the list to allow for remotes with mixed protocols.
