Recent events have shown that LongMynd can throw errors, and either terminate itself, or be terminated by Ryde. What is required is for Ryde to check that LongMynd is running, and if this is persistent (say for 10 seconds or more) attempt to restart LongMynd. This could improve the reliability of unattended installations, such as repeater receivers.
