EclypseVault.decreaseLiquidity doesn't send the tokens back to the user #14

Title says it all, I will fix it ASAP.

@Lolshh can you confirm that the function doesn't send the tokens back (it only takes out the liquidity but should send back the tokens, right?)

Additionnally, we should that the position doesn't become liquidatable after decreasing the liquidity of a position, right?
