Denomination of debts and positions value #5

At the moment, debts and positions value are denominated in ETH, which forces us to use the price of "usdc/eth" to get a reference price of USD, but this assumes 1 USDC = $1.

There is however a way to do it with no such assumption.

Resolved in commit 469575a35fae63b6eef4f9d584ba3e47a1d3f830
