Here is the permalink: https://github.com/ecmwf-projects/c3s2-eqc-quality-assessment/blob/2d995413f6d20239b891f446f458da0cd04fca46/Reanalyses/reanalysis_reanalysis-carra-single-levels_climate-monitoring_q01.ipynb
Please make sure that the notebook name is correct.
If you need to make modifications, please share here the new version of the notebook and I will provide a new permalink. Let me know when the notebook is accepted, I will merge the PR into main.
Side note: I don't know how you decided to deal with external data, but here we only upload notebooks.
Hi @malmans2,
You asked me to check the name of the Jupyter Notebook. Should I check whether the name "reanalysis_reanalysis-carra-single-levels_climate-monitoring_q01.ipynb" seems fine to me?
Yes. The naming convention is in the readme of this repo.
Thank you. I double checked and it seems correct to me.
Hello,
I have received some comments on the Jupyter Notebook that I provided here a few month ago. I have now finished incorporating these comments into the Notebook (they only concerned the text) and I would like to resubmit it into the CIM for a second round of evaluation. As such, I would need a new permalink. However, I am not sure whether I should create a new issue or I should continue using this one.
You should continue to use this issue. Just send here the new version.
Here's the new version of the Notebook: ROS_over_Svalbard.ipynb.zip
I have seen that I did not provide the workflow ID when I submitted this Notebook last March. I provided the Task ID instead. Should I send to you the workflow ID associated with this task?
Sure, I usually don't ask for it for old issues to avoid confusion (the reason is that we only recently switched from Task to Workflow ID)
The workflow ID is: eqctier3-7d0f0ed2-d5f4-4c0c-91fd-006eacdf160d
Thank you very much
Hi @FabioMangini,
On Monday we will start using the new VM and the new libraries provided by ECMWF.
Unfortunately, there's a bug in one of the libraries that we are using (eCcodes) that is affecting your notebook. ECMWF is already aware of the problem and I think they already fixed it. However, the fix has not been released yet. I will let you when you can expect your NB to work on the new VM.
This is now fixed, and the notebook is cached on the VM.
You just have a small fix to make: Replace np.NaN
with np.nan
, this is a breaking change in numpy 2
Hi @malmans2,
