Hi @akankshabalha ,
Please follow the instructions in the form when you request a permalink.
Unfortunately, I can not issue the permalink as there are two .ipynb
in the zip file.
Could you please edit your previous message including the following info?
.ipynb
formatconda env export
in the machine where you run the notebookLet me know when you included the right info and I will send you the permalink.
Hi Mattia,
I have incorporated the right info. Kindly check and share the permalink.
The zip file is still incorrect. There are multiple notebooks in the zip archive.
My bad. I have incorporated correct file now. Pls check.
I can't issue the permalink yet. You need to fill all fields in the form. Please add the task ID.
Where can I find task ID?
It's the ID of the CIM task that was assigned to you. It looks like this: 1123e4567-e89b-12d3-a456-42665544000
Should be easy to find as all of the other evaluators added it in the form. I don't use the CIM, but I'm pretty sure you can find it in the url of your task. Not sure if it's shown somewhere else.
Hi Mattia,
I have updated task ID. Kindly check and issue permalink.
Here is your permalink: https://github.com/ecmwf-projects/c3s2-eqc-quality-assessment/blob/4d46bdd01c3cf877dd858c57db7434b13abefdd1/Satellite_ECVs/Land_Biosphere_ECVs/satellite_satellite-albedo_consistency-assessment_q02.ipynb
Please make sure that the notebook name is correct.
If you need to make modifications, please share here the new version of the notebook and I will provide a new permalink. Let me know when the notebook is accepted, I will merge the PR into main.
Please do not close issues. The issue is automatically closed when the PR is merged into main.
As I mentioned in my previous comment, please use this issue to submit new versions of the notebook or to let us know when your task is completed and we can merge the PR into main.
Hi @akankshabalha, I noticed you have a small bug in your notebook.
Basically, the variable da_albedo_proba
is used before being defined.
The fix is easy, you should move the definition a few lines up:
#___________________________________________________
# Regridding NOAA dataset and creating raster plot
#___________________________________________________
da_albedo_noaa = ds_albedo_maps_noaa["AL_BH_BB"]
da_albedo_proba = ds_albedo_maps_proba["AL_BH_BB"]
da_albedo_noaa_regrid = diagnostics.regrid(
da_albedo_noaa, grid_out=da_albedo_proba, method="nearest_s2d"
)
_ = plot_and_print_area_statistics(da_albedo_noaa_regrid, threshold=0.215)
plt.title("Fig 1. Raster plot of albedo and forest area statistics for a region in Brazilian Amazon Forests during 1990-1991")
plt.show()
_ = plot_and_print_area_statistics(da_albedo_proba, threshold=0.1625)
plt.title("Fig 2. Raster plot of albedo and forest area statistics for a region in Brazilian Amazon Forests during 2018-2019")
plt.show()
No big deal, just remember to fix it next time you'll request a permalink.
