Support ai-models

The task is to enable earthkit-data to perform the same tasks in ai-models as climetlab.

The followoing new features were added to earthkit-data to fix this issue:

• concatenation (with the + operator)
• writing GRIB data with new_grib_output()
• dtype option was added to to_numpy()
