Spatial average without gpd requirement #2

This PR closes #1

It means teh same method can be used for performing a spatial reduction whether a geometry file is passed or not.

It auto detects spatial dimensions for the reduction, and has an option to apply latitude weights

Please add some tests for the new spatial aggregations without geometries.
