A few weeks ago, manylinux wheels were available for ecmwflibs 0.5.7 on pypi. Now this release and its wheels have disappeared, there are no manylinux wheels for 0.5.5, so I had to go back to 0.5.3.
It's impossible to have a reliable CI using ecmwlibs on pypi...
