We can't release manuals for ecflow family using the pyflow deployment and documentation mechanism (i.e. family.manual or using docstrings). To do so, ecflow requires a family_name.man page.
Describe the solution you'd like
We can add the creation of .man files for the families when a manual is found and change the deployment function to include those .man files.
