I have added a new paper to the lit review to make it more robust. A new issue is not needed for this addition but documenting here just in case I want to come back

@annarupert Thanks for this timeline! In terms of being able to post the project on my website for prospective students, I don't need the documentation updated. The deadline for applications for ECN 310 is April 2. So if there's any way you can have something reasonable for me to post before then, it'd be great. It's not the end of the world if it's not ready on time--it will still be useful for students for the fall and for next year.
